Requirements

Candidates should have 3 years of work experience as a System Engineer, System Administrator, Tier II IT Support Admin, or related position, a general understanding of Security Control Requirements pertaining to audits such as SOC II, PCI, SOX, and policy updates such as conditional policy and password policy. They should possess in-depth knowledge of information technology software, user management, and information security best practices, and hold certifications such as CCS, CompTIA, or other relevant technology-related certificates as a plus.

Responsibilities

The Systems Engineer will configure, troubleshoot, and maintain software and hardware, work with the IT team to expand efficiency through improving, streamlining, and documenting IT processes, configure system access with role-based access permissions, migrate software, troubleshoot issues in the ticket queue, and work with cross-functional teams like Infosec.
